RTK-TsOD has completed the migration of IT systems for the Russian Agricultural Bank (Rosselkhozbank) to its data center facilities. The project involved consolidating the bank's distributed infrastructure into a single, fault-tolerant cluster and establishing a secondary site for geographically distributed deployment.
The implementation ensures compliance with regulatory standards set by the Central Bank of Russia and FSTEC. The provider implemented physical security measures at its data center, allowing the bank to avoid capital expenditures on its own security infrastructure.
The migration process was executed in stages to ensure business continuity without service interruptions for the bank's clients. The new setup provides stable power supply and scalable equipment density, while transitioning the bank to a model with predictable operational costs.
According to Vadim Grigorenko, Deputy Director of the IT Department at Rosselkhozbank, the transition to leased space with fixed costs for rack space and energy consumption enables long-term budget planning. The bank now has a transparent structure for its IT infrastructure expenses.
