RTK-DC has established a Certification Center for Trusted IT Infrastructure based on the Rostelecom voluntary certification system. The center will conduct independent testing of hardware and software to verify their suitability for critical information infrastructure (CII) facilities.
The center focuses on server equipment, data storage systems, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions. Special attention is given to trusted software and hardware complexes, which must be implemented at CII sites by 2030 under Government Decree No. 1912.
Testing will take place at the RTK-DC R&D laboratory, which has been operational since 2020. The facility is equipped with infrastructure across two Tier 3 data centers and has already evaluated over 150 types of IT solutions for both internal and external clients.
Vendors whose products successfully pass the testing process will receive a certificate of conformity. This initiative aims to provide an objective assessment tool for the market, helping manufacturers verify product specifications and identify areas for technical improvement.
