The Russian company RST-Invent has registered its BiblioTag and PuzzleTag RFID labels in the State Industrial Information System (GISP). This status confirms the domestic origin of the products, allowing customers to prioritize these labels in procurement processes.
BiblioTag operates in the UHF range (865–870 MHz) with a reading distance of up to 7.5 meters. It is designed for inventory management of items made from paper, wood, glass, and plastic, enabling automated scanning without removing objects from shelves.
PuzzleTag utilizes the HF range (13.56 MHz) for short-range identification. This model is suitable for document management and self-service systems, as it prevents accidental scanning of adjacent objects by reading only items within the immediate zone.
Both models comply with international standards, including ISO/IEC 18000-63 for UHF and ISO/IEC 15693 and ISO/IEC 18000-3 for HF. This compatibility allows integration with existing third-party hardware and software infrastructures.
RST-Invent has previously included other equipment in the GISP registry, such as the RST-SKYTRACK ceiling reader, RST-BOOKOS desktop reader, RST-SINGLEGATE portal, RST-ALS 100 self-service station, and the RST-NEXUS N400 stationary reader.
