Rostelecom and the property developer Filosofiya Idealistov na Zhukovskogo have signed a partnership agreement to digitize residential buildings in the Sverdlovsk region. The project focuses on deploying high-speed fiber-optic internet and the Rostelecom Klyuch digital service platform across new developments.
The agreement was signed by Alexander Boykinya, Director of Mass Market for the Vostok region at Rostelecom, and Vladimir Borisov, CEO of Filosofiya Idealistov na Zhukovskogo. The collaboration between the two companies began in 2025, and currently, over 120 families in Yekaterinburg are using the platform's solutions.
The Rostelecom Klyuch service allows residents to remotely manage building access via a mobile application and monitor common areas and private property through integrated video surveillance systems. The developers plan to incorporate these technologies during the design phase of new construction projects.
The partnership aims to integrate automated utility metering and smart intercom systems directly into the building infrastructure. According to the companies, this approach ensures seamless connectivity and creates a unified digital environment for both residents and property management firms.
