The eight-story residential building located at 42 Chapayeva Street in Krasnokamsk, Perm Krai, has become the first property outside the regional capital to be fully equipped with the Rostelecom Key ecosystem. The system serves 66 apartments, allowing residents to manage access to the building entrance, the surrounding grounds, and gates via a mobile application.

The platform enables residents to view visitors on their smartphones and grant entry remotely. Security is maintained through a network of indoor and outdoor cameras covering the entrance, parking area, and courtyard. Users can access live video feeds, review archives, and generate temporary access codes for visitors or service personnel directly from the app.

Rostelecom reports that the Key ecosystem is currently active in 440 Russian localities, serving over 975,000 households. In the city of Perm alone, the service is utilized by more than 24,000 families, including 19,000 in new developments and over 5,000 in existing residential properties.

According to project managers at the developer company Livin, the integration of such digital solutions is becoming a standard requirement for modern housing projects. The platform is designed to be scalable, allowing for implementation in individual buildings or across entire neighborhoods.
