Rostelecom Contact Center and Mango Office have signed a cooperation agreement at the Digital Solutions 2026 forum. The document was signed by Vadim Panshin, Director of the Commercial Projects Department at Rostelecom Contact Center, and Alexey Rubtsov, Commercial Director of Mango Office.
The partnership aims to combine Mango Office's expertise in corporate communications with the infrastructure and operational capabilities of Rostelecom Contact Center. The companies intend to offer joint solutions to corporate clients, allowing them to access services from both providers through a unified process.
Clients will be able to receive initial consultations and discuss specific tasks directly with the relevant provider. The companies plan to exchange information, provide mutual consulting support, and share professional experience to enhance their service offerings.
Rostelecom Contact Center already utilizes the Mango Office digital platform. Under the new agreement, the parties will establish working groups and coordinate joint events to develop integrated proposals for their customers.
