Rostelecom and SberDevices have entered into a strategic partnership to provide integrated digital solutions for the hospitality industry, including hotels and sanatoriums. The agreement was signed by Rostelecom vice-president Timofey Abramenko and SberDevices managing director Ekaterina Gelfand during the Digital Solutions forum.
Rostelecom offers a suite of management services for hotels, such as the Digital Hotel property management system, guest Wi-Fi with authorization, video surveillance with analytics, cloud telephony, and high-speed internet. These tools operate within a unified secure infrastructure.
SberDevices contributes its Smart Hotel Sber platform, which features smart speakers, TVs, and an AI concierge powered by the GigaChat neural network. The system allows guests to control room lighting, climate, and curtains via voice commands or pre-set scenarios, while providing tools for operational tasks.
The companies have integrated their services to offer a unified ecosystem for the hospitality sector. This collaboration aims to provide hotels of all sizes, including small independent properties, with access to domestic digital standards and technical support, replacing previously used foreign solutions.
