Rostec State Corporation launched the PCAT industrial marketplace on September 9, 2026, to promote domestic civilian products on the Russian market. The platform is designed to help businesses showcase products, find ready-made solutions, and build production chains.

Shortly after the launch, the portal experienced a powerful DDoS attack, rendering the site inaccessible by 12:40 PM Moscow time. Rostec's press service stated that specialists are working to restore access and eliminate the consequences of the attack.

The PCAT platform was originally launched in early 2025 as a local IT tool for the Rosel holding company, which now serves as the platform's operator. The solution has since been scaled to include all Rostec organizations producing civilian goods.

The marketplace features over 1,250 products and 370 production competencies from 180 enterprises and scientific organizations. In September 2026, the highest demand is for anti-drone solutions, all-terrain vehicles, and aerostatic and aerodynamic systems.

The PCAT platform is already integrated with Moscow's online service for searching alternative suppliers. Additionally, factories in the Krasnodar Territory, Tver, Tula, and Ryazan regions have gained access to the system to facilitate inter-regional cooperation.
