Rosreestr has allocated 725 ₽ million to acquire software licenses and technical support certificates for its departmental cybersecurity incident management center. The procurement details were published on the state procurement portal on October 9, 2026.

The funds are intended to maintain the existing security infrastructure, which is primarily based on Positive Technologies solutions. The procurement includes licenses for MaxPatrol SIEM, MaxPatrol VM, Network Attack Discovery, and Application Firewall to monitor events and analyze network traffic.

A significant portion of the order covers 100 licenses for Positive Technologies Next Generation Firewall, supporting various security gateways. The project also involves upgrading components to MaxPatrol 360 and MaxPatrol Carbon, alongside the acquisition of 32 technical support certificates.

The licenses are configured to handle up to 150,000 events per second and support between 500 and 20,000 agents. All software must hold a FSTEC certificate with a trust level of at least four to ensure compatibility with the agency's current systems.
