Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum layer-2 network built on the Arbitrum Dedicated Blockchains framework. Launched on July 1, 2026, the chain supports tokenized real-world assets like stocks and ETFs, alongside DeFi applications and meme coins. The network uses ETH for gas fees and is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine.

The platform hosts various protocols, including Uniswap for trading, Morpho for lending, and Lighter for perpetual futures. Chainlink provides price data, while Alchemy, BitGo, and Paxos offer infrastructure support. The Pons launchpad has become a primary driver of network activity, surpassing earlier tokens like Cash Cat in market capitalization.

By September 4, 2026, the network recorded a 24-hour DEX volume of $1.878 billion and bridged assets totaling $3.092 billion. DeFi deposits reached $834.5 million, while daily perpetual futures volume hit $420.71 million. The chain generated $4.13 million in revenue on that single day.

Robinhood covers gas costs for users of its proprietary wallet, with the promotion scheduled to expire on September 29, 2026. The company plans to report its third-quarter results in late October, which will reflect the first full quarter of the network's mainnet operations.

Stock Tokens issued by Robinhood provide exposure to real-world assets but do not grant legal ownership or voting rights. These tokens are currently unavailable to users in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland due to regulatory restrictions.
