Robinhood Chain, a Layer-2 network built on Arbitrum's Orbit stack, has generated approximately $42.58 million in revenue within 70 days of its mainnet launch on July 1. The network's daily revenue averages around $608,000, with a peak daily app revenue of $2.66 million, occasionally surpassing Ethereum's daily figures.
The primary driver of this growth is memecoin activity, facilitated by the Pons launchpad and GMGN trading tools, rather than the tokenized stocks and real-world assets originally envisioned by the company. The chain's total value locked (TVL) has exceeded $1.5 billion, and the decentralized exchange volume has surpassed $50 billion.
Robinhood retains approximately 90% of the generated fees, amounting to about $38.32 million, while Arbitrum receives the remaining 10%, or roughly $4.26 million. According to DefiLlama, the network frequently ranks near the top of blockchain fee generation charts, with 30-day revenue sometimes exceeding $50 million.
Investment research firm Bernstein estimates cumulative fees at approximately $39 million and projects annual revenue could scale to around $160 million by 2028. Bernstein maintains an Outperform rating on Robinhood Markets stock with a price target of $160.
