Robinhood has expanded its European perpetual futures platform to include traditional assets, such as commodities, ETFs, and foreign exchange pairs. Eligible users can now trade instruments linked to gold, crude oil, currency pairs like EUR/USD, and ETFs including QQQ and EWY with up to 10x leverage and 24/7 access.

The company previously offered perpetual futures for cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, DOGE, SOL, and SUI, with leverage up to 7x. These crypto-based products were among the fastest-growing offerings on the platform following their initial launch in the European market.

Robinhood is pursuing a broader international strategy, which includes seeking crypto trading capabilities in the UK, entering the Canadian market via the acquisition of WonderFi, and applying for a capital markets license in Singapore. The firm is also developing Robinhood Chain, a Layer-2 blockchain for tokenized assets.

In addition to centralized offerings, Robinhood Wallet users in specific regions can access decentralized perpetual futures via the Lighter exchange. This integration features incentive structures linked to the LIT token.
