Riot Platforms has fully settled a $200 million credit facility provided by Coinbase Credit. The company finalized the repayment of the remaining principal and interest on Monday, as confirmed in a recent filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The credit line was previously secured by a pledge of financial assets, including Bitcoin, USDC, and cash, which were held by Coinbase Custody Trust Company. Following the repayment, Riot Platforms has successfully released all collateral. The company confirmed that no early termination fees or penalties were applied to this transaction.
Beyond its mining operations, Riot Platforms is expanding its data-center business. In August, the company signed a 20-year agreement to supply 191 megawatts of capacity from its Rockdale, Texas, facility to Anthropic. Reports indicate the deal is valued at approximately $9 billion.
Financial performance data for the first quarter of 2026 shows that Riot Platforms generated $167.2 million in total revenue. Of this amount, the newly launched data-center division contributed $33.2 million to the company's quarterly results.
