Ricoh has unveiled the RICOH GR IV 30th Anniversary Edition Kit to mark three decades of its GR camera series. The company plans to release only 6,000 units of this special edition worldwide, with a retail price set at ¥11,499.
The camera features design elements inspired by the original GR1 model, including chrome-colored shutter buttons and rear controls. When powered off, the device displays a custom anniversary-themed startup screen.
The kit includes several exclusive accessories, such as a leather strap embossed with the 30th-anniversary logo and a metal hot shoe cover. Additionally, users receive a set of 16 commemorative badges.
The package also features a custom GN-3 lens ring crafted with diamond-cutting technology. Its design mimics the appearance of the GR1 lens area, intended to minimize light reflections during operation.
