Fintech firm Revolut is planning a dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq for its upcoming IPO. CEO Nik Storonsky confirmed this strategy in an interview on September 17, 2026, noting that the company intends to include London alongside its primary American venue.
The company has set internal valuation targets for the public offering between $150 billion and $200 billion. A recent secondary share sale previously valued the firm at $115 billion. At the upper end of the target range, the company's valuation would exceed that of major institutions like Barclays and BP.
The IPO is not expected to take place before 2028, with the final timing depending on market conditions. CEO Nik Storonsky highlighted the benefits of US capital markets, such as higher liquidity and greater participation from institutional and retail investors, while noting regulatory complexities in the UK.
Revolut has reached several regulatory milestones in 2026, including securing a full UK banking license and a French banking license. In September 2026, the company also received preliminary approval for a national banking license in the United States.
