Revolut is currently evaluating a dual listing strategy for its shares on the New York Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. CEO Nik Storonsky noted a preference for the US market due to its larger pool of institutional investors and high competition among buyers compared to the London market.
The company's valuation reached $115 billion following a secondary share offering in July 2026, up from $75 billion in November 2025. CEO Nik Storonsky is reportedly developing a new incentive program linked to a potential future valuation of $500 billion.
The anticipated timeline for the initial public offering is set for 2028. Recent regulatory changes from September 2025 now permit companies like Revolut to join the FTSE 100 index within five days of their market debut, removing previous listing barriers.
The dual listing approach remains rare, typically reserved for the largest and most actively traded firms. The move comes as London faces a period of low IPO activity, while other companies like Wise and AstraZeneca are also shifting or expanding their focus toward US markets.
