Reg.cloud has launched a proprietary WAFaaS solution designed to protect websites, web applications, and APIs. The service is distributed via a subscription model, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises that rely on digital platforms for sales and customer service but lack dedicated cybersecurity infrastructure.

The Russian WAF market currently accounts for approximately 20% of the cloud security sector, with an annual growth rate of 20–22%. While global cloud WAF adoption stands at 55%, the Russian market remains at 20%, indicating a significant gap that the company aims to address with its new self-service product.

The pricing structure is based on scalability, factoring in the number of protected sites, traffic volume measured in RPS, and overall load. The service allows clients to manage security profiles independently without the need for complex enterprise-level infrastructure deployment.

Currently, the service is available in a free mode, with commercial options and advanced features scheduled for later release. In addition to WAF, Reg.cloud provides L3–L4 and L7 DDoS protection and holds ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000 certifications, along with FSTEC compliance.
