RedotPay, a Hong Kong-based fintech firm specializing in stablecoin payments, has completed a financial audit as part of its preparations for a US IPO. The company has postponed its public listing from 2026 to at least 2027 due to regulatory challenges and ongoing legal disputes.
The company initially planned to raise over $1 billion at a valuation exceeding $4 billion, with advisory support from JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Jefferies. As of Q2 2026, the firm reported 8,5 million users, with annualized revenue reaching approximately $180 million and payment volumes between $10 billion and $12 billion.
A significant obstacle is a $473 million lawsuit filed by Binance-affiliated entities alleging user poaching, which RedotPay denies. Additionally, the firm is navigating the complex SEC approval process while maintaining operations across more than 100 markets.
In August 2026, RedotPay secured a US money transmitter license, enabling a domestic product launch. The company achieved unicorn status in 2025 after raising $194 million from investors including Coinbase Ventures and Circle Ventures.
