Razer has officially launched its new Wolverine V4 controller series. The Pro model is priced at ¥1599, while the Competitive edition is available for ¥799. The Pro version introduces upgraded sensors, a new panel design, and improved buttons compared to the previous V3 iteration.
The Wolverine V4 Pro features high-resolution capacitive joysticks, which offer enhanced anti-interference and anti-drift performance. These joysticks can detect 3000 levels of movement, ensuring smoother tracking and higher precision. The controller includes four removable mouse-click back buttons, two macro shoulder buttons, and adjustable Razer Pro HyperTriggers.
Customization options for the Pro model include magnetic swappable faceplates and six different joystick caps. On PC, the device supports an 8KHz polling rate and allows users to save four onboard profiles for button remapping and dead-zone adjustments. The Competitive edition is a wired controller featuring PBT buttons and an 8-way floating D-pad, also supporting an 8KHz polling rate on PC.
In a separate announcement, Razer revealed a partnership with Durex. This collaboration includes a special co-branded set that features a Razer Goliathus mouse pad.
