Razer has officially launched the Basilisk V4 series of gaming mice, featuring the flagship Basilisk V4 Pro model and the Razer Mouse Dock V2 Pro. The new lineup focuses on ergonomic improvements, expanded customization, and enhanced wireless performance compared to previous generations.

The Basilisk V4 Pro includes 14 programmable buttons and a redesigned multi-function trigger. Despite the increased functionality, the mouse is 12 grams lighter than its predecessor. It features the third-generation Focus Pro 50K optical sensor with a maximum resolution of 50,000 DPI and fourth-generation optical switches.

The mouse introduces the second-generation HyperScroll Tilt Wheel, which offers four modes: tactile, fine-tactile with 48 steps, free-spin, and a smart mode that automatically switches between tactile and free-spin based on scroll speed.

Connectivity is powered by the second-generation HyperSpeed Wireless technology, supporting an 8,000Hz polling rate and multi-device pairing for up to five devices. The device also features a seven-zone Chroma RGB lighting system with a new full-bottom ambient light strip.

Beyond the Pro model, Razer has expanded the V4 series to include the Basilisk V4 HyperSpeed version, designed for users prioritizing battery life and portability, alongside other variants aimed at the mainstream gaming market.
