Range Rover has officially opened orders for its second fully electric SUV, the Range Rover Sport Electric, in the UK market. The base Dynamic SE trim starts at approximately £110,000, which is equivalent to about $146,000. This price point is roughly £44,000 lower than the flagship Range Rover Electric model.
The vehicle features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing 542 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. It achieves a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 4.3 seconds in Dynamic Launch Mode. The SUV is built on an 800V architecture supporting charging speeds up to 350 kW, allowing a 10% to 80% charge in approximately 22 minutes.
Equipped with a 118.5 kWh battery, the model offers a WLTP-rated range of up to 378 miles and a real-world range of 333 miles. The vehicle maintains off-road capabilities, including a 900 mm wading depth and the ability to climb 45-degree slopes. Deliveries in the UK are scheduled to begin in 2027.
While the model is confirmed for the US market, specific launch dates remain unannounced. Industry expectations suggest a 2027 release as a 2028 model year vehicle, with estimated pricing between $120,000 and $130,000. The interior includes a 13.1-inch touchscreen and a 13.7-inch instrument cluster.
