Fintech company Ramp is in negotiations for a new funding round that could value the business at $60 billion. This potential valuation represents a 36% increase from the $44 billion valuation the firm reached during its Series F round in June 2026.

The company has seen rapid growth in its valuation, rising from $13 billion in March 2025 to the current target in approximately 18 months. Ramp raised $750 million in its June 2026 Series F round, bringing its total equity raised to roughly $3 billion.

Ramp reported annualized revenue exceeding $1 billion as of September 2025, with current estimates suggesting a run rate closer to $1.5 billion. Transaction volume grew by more than 170% year-over-year in early 2026, and the customer base now exceeds 70,000.

The platform focuses on corporate spend management, including bill payment and accounting automation. Ramp is integrating AI tools to help enterprise clients track and manage costs associated with large language model API calls and AI workloads.

Despite the high valuation target, secondary market trades in early September 2026 priced Ramp shares closer to $46 billion. Founder Eric Glyman has stated that the company is aiming for an IPO rather than a sale.
