Qianxing Intelligence has launched the Iron Armor Battle Arena, a system where players use motion-sensing controllers to operate humanoid boxing robots in real time. The system features millisecond-level synchronization between the player's movements and the robot's actions, including punches, blocks, and combos.
The gameplay is designed for high turnover in commercial venues like shopping malls and theme parks, with matches typically lasting one to two minutes. The company reports a replay rate of 40% to 50%. The robots feature modular exteriors for easy skin swapping and an AI-powered voice interaction layer for customized commentary and personalities.
The company employs a two-track business model: revenue-sharing or rental agreements with arcade chains and malls, and direct sales of complete systems to overseas operators. Long-term revenue is generated through consumables, content updates, and customized IP skins.
Qianxing Intelligence has expanded beyond China, entering markets in the US, the UK, and Malaysia. According to the company, overseas customers now make up nearly half of its client base.
