The Prysm platform for commercial real estate management has introduced a digital twin feature for office buildings. This tool integrates 3D visualization with floor plans and real-time commercial data, allowing management teams to track vacant spaces within a single interface.

The Class A business center Poklonka, managed by Manufaqtury, is the first facility to implement this technology. The digital twin covers all five buildings of the complex, enabling users to navigate from the general view of the site down to specific floors and individual units.

The system uses color-coded indicators on interactive plans to distinguish between occupied and vacant areas, while providing direct access to tenant information and lease agreements. Leasing departments can adjust office boundaries and update availability directly within the platform.

Manufaqtury plans to expand the functionality by creating an external interface for brokers and potential tenants. This future update will allow users to view available blocks, rental rates, layouts, and window views, as well as generate automated property presentations.
