Developers can now integrate XRP Ledger wallets directly into their applications using the Privy platform. This integration allows users to access wallets via email or social account logins, eliminating the need for seed phrases or browser extensions.

Privy, which was acquired by Stripe in 2025, provides support for XRP, the RLUSD stablecoin, AI agent payments, and the x402 protocol. The platform currently supports between 75 and 120 million accounts across 1,000 to 2,000 developer teams.

The integration includes policy controls that enable developers to set specific rules for wallet transactions. This feature is designed to manage automated payments, particularly for AI agents, which have already recorded over 11 million transactions on the XRPL.

Privy categorizes XRPL transaction signing under its Tier 2 chain support, placing it alongside networks like Sui, Stellar, Aptos, and Near. The security of these wallets relies on trusted execution environments and key sharding technology.
