Paris-based startup Primo has secured €6.9 million in a funding round led by Headline and Global Founders Capital. The investment also includes contributions from Arthur Waller of Pennylane and Romain Niccoli of Pigment. The company intends to use the capital to accelerate international expansion and increase its headcount.

Founded in 2022 by Martin Pannier, Primo provides a platform that integrates company devices, SaaS access, and IT support data. The startup currently serves over 400 clients, including ASL Airlines and Attio, across ten countries. These customers range from startups to medium-sized businesses with 50 to 2,000 employees.

The platform features autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex IT tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding employees, managing access rights, and configuring hardware. Primo reports that its annual recurring revenue has quadrupled year over year, exceeding €3.4 million, which is approximately $4 million.

Primo plans to strengthen its presence in existing markets, including the UK, Germany, the Benelux region, and the Nordics. International clients currently represent more than half of the company's total user base.
