The Potentsial company has released version 1.12 of its NextBox platform, an on-premise solution for corporate data storage and collaborative document processing. The update introduces a unified interface that integrates text search, filtering, and tag-based search, allowing users to locate files by name, type, or label without manual folder navigation.
The new version adds a dedicated tag management feature accessible via the context menu, enabling users to assign or remove tags for individual files or multiple selected objects simultaneously. Additionally, the system now includes centralized settings for the recycle bin, where administrators can define automatic cleanup schedules based on time and storage capacity limits.
The update enhances application notifications by allowing the attachment of media files, enabling users to interact with documents directly from the notification center. Furthermore, the platform has improved its link-sharing security and authentication processes, while also refining error reporting for connection renaming and ensuring correct playback for audio and video files accessed via direct links.
