The rating agency ACRA has upgraded the credit rating of Positive Technologies to AA(RU) with a stable outlook. This decision follows improvements in the company's debt burden and interest coverage ratios, alongside strong market positioning and financial transparency.
In the first half of 2026, Positive Technologies reported a 45% growth in shipments while reducing expenses by 13%. The company forecasts annual shipments for 2026 to reach between 40 ₽ billion and 45 ₽ billion, maintaining spending at the previous year's levels.
The company's debt profile has improved significantly, with the net debt to EBITDA ratio dropping to 0.8x in the first half of 2026, compared to 2.33x during the same period last year. ACRA expects this downward trend in debt to continue through 2027.
Positive Technologies is expanding its portfolio, which currently includes over 25 products. Key development priorities include the MaxPatrol EDR and EPP platforms, a proprietary antivirus solution for endpoint protection, and the PT NGFW and PT X security monitoring systems.
