Positive Technologies has acquired a stake in the cybersecurity developer CyberOK. This investment aims to accelerate the development of external attack surface management (EASM) and continuous penetration testing (PentOps) solutions.
The partnership between the companies began in 2026. CyberOK technologies are already integrated into Positive Technologies products, including PT EASM and the PT X cloud monitoring platform.
The PT EASM solution has completed over 70 pilot projects in less than six months. Positive Technologies expects 80% of these pilots to convert into commercial deals by early 2027.
The Russian EASM market is estimated at 2 ₽–2.5 billion in 2026. The company projects this segment, along with related security testing technologies, will reach 8 ₽ billion by 2031.
In 96% of pilot projects, the companies identified shadow IT assets with vulnerabilities. CyberOK currently holds the second position in the number of vulnerabilities reported to the FSTEC of Russia database.
