Pos Malaysia has transitioned to electric vehicles for one-third of its parcel delivery operations. The company currently manages the largest logistics EV fleet in Malaysia, covering Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. As of August 2026, the fleet consists of 1,585 electric vehicles, including 1,253 two-wheelers and 332 vans, marking an increase from 20 per cent of deliveries performed by EVs last year.

The majority of the two-wheelers are Modenas MEV-1 Pro scooters with a 135-kilometre range. The van fleet includes CAM EC35 models leased in 2023 with a 266-kilometre range, and Maxus eDeliver 3 units leased in 2025 with a 227-kilometre range. Additionally, the company ordered 246 Maxus eDeliver 5 vans, which offer a 335-kilometre range, to expand the total electric van count to 525 units this year.

The company aims to fully electrify its first- and last-mile delivery fleet by 2030. Since the 2023 fiscal year, the electric fleet has traveled 28.8 million kilometres, resulting in the avoidance of 3,881 tonnes of CO2 emissions. The electrification program was recently highlighted in a sustainability case study by the United Nations Global Compact Network Malaysia, Brunei and Cambodia.
