Porsche is officially ending its Web3 experiment, which began in January 2023 following an introduction at Art Basel Miami. As part of this wind-down, the automaker will archive its Discord server and transition its Twitter account to a read-only state. The PIONΞERS CIRCLE community initiative will also conclude on October 1, 2026.

The original plan for the PORSCHΞ 911 collection involved 7,500 NFTs priced at 0.911 ETH each. However, minting was halted after approximately 24 hours due to low demand, with only 1,800 to 1,900 tokens minted. Porsche subsequently capped the total supply at 2,363 units, which is less than one-third of the initial target.

Despite the challenges, the PORSCHΞ 911 tokens will remain on the blockchain, and owners retain full control over their assets. While the company is withdrawing official support and halting further development, the tokens can still be traded on secondary marketplaces as collectibles.
