Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group are launching Porsche Design Concours, a network of private car storage facilities combined with membership-based clubhouses. The first two locations are currently under development in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Dallas, Texas, with the Florida site targeting an opening in 2028.
The project features a total of 44 deeded automobile studios, with 22 units planned for each city. These studios range from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet and include amenities such as mezzanines, bathrooms, and climate control. Ownership is deeded, allowing buyers to hold the title to their space rather than leasing it.
The facilities are designed to serve as social hubs for collectors of any vehicle brand, not just Porsche owners. Each location includes a central promenade called The Concours, where vehicles are displayed rather than stored out of sight. The sites are located within 10 to 15 minutes of established collector communities.
The associated clubhouses will offer amenities including padel courts, spa and wellness facilities, dining, private lounges, and coworking spaces. The sites will also feature 24-hour security and concierge services. Sales for the studios are conducted by invitation only, though specific pricing and membership details remain undisclosed.
