Hedley Studios, formerly known as Little Car Company, has unveiled the 550 J Junior Spyder. This vehicle is an officially licensed, 80-percent-scale electric replica of the 1953 Porsche 550 Spyder. The company plans to produce only 250 units, with deliveries scheduled to commence in early 2027.

The car features a carbon fiber body built on a steel space-frame chassis and weighs 728 pounds. It is powered by a 48-volt electric drivetrain. The standard model delivers 11 hp and reaches a top speed of 40 mph. An optional RS Package increases output to 22 hp, raising the top speed to 50 mph and providing a range of 30 to 50 miles.

Priced starting at £69,500, or approximately $93,800 before taxes, the vehicle is intended exclusively for private estates and track use. Porsche has confirmed that the 550 J is not registered or homologated for public road use, positioning it as a collector's item rather than a street-legal automobile.
