Users of the Pooling transport management platform can now process electronic shipping documents directly within the system interface. This functionality is the result of an integration between Pooling and the Kontur.Diadoc Logistics service.
The integration allows logistics professionals to manage transport operations, such as creating trips and coordinating with carriers, while simultaneously handling electronic documentation. Users can create, sign, and track the status of transport waybills, forwarding orders, and receipts without leaving the platform.
The system utilizes the CryptoPro tool to enable digital signatures for documents within the interface. The Kontur.Diadoc Logistics service facilitates document exchange between participants and ensures data transmission to the state information system for electronic shipping documents, maintaining legal validity.
According to Pooling CEO Mikhail Chushkov, the integration eliminates the need for manual cross-referencing of transport data and document statuses across different systems. This reduces labor costs and minimizes the risk of errors or missing signatures during the shipping process.
