Polygon Labs has integrated the TRON network into its Open Money Stack, enabling fintech companies and payment platforms to connect bank funds directly to the USDT ecosystem on TRON. This integration allows businesses to bypass the need for independent licensing, banking partners, and separate wallet providers by using a single infrastructure layer.
The platform now supports regulated fiat on-ramps across 48 U.S. states, programmable TRON wallet management, and cross-chain routing for USDT between TRON and EVM-compatible networks. These tools facilitate direct movement of funds between traditional banking rails and blockchain ecosystems, including cash-out options via bank accounts.
TRON currently hosts over $94 billion in circulating USDT and has recorded more than 15 billion transactions since its 2018 launch. As of October 2026, the network reports over 407 million user accounts and a total value locked exceeding $28 billion. Polygon Labs has processed more than $3 trillion in payment volume as of September 21.
The Open Money Stack was developed through the acquisition of Sequence and the pending acquisition of Coinme. This infrastructure aims to unify stablecoin settlement, wallet services, and compliance tools. Polygon Labs plans to introduce additional assets and payment capabilities to the stack in future phases.
