Polaroid has introduced the Mod instant camera, featuring a lens-mounted dial that allows users to switch between four distinct analog shooting modes. These effects are applied directly at the moment of capture, offering creative control over exposure and composition.

The camera includes double exposure and split-frame modes for layering images or dividing the frame. Additionally, the light-art mode utilizes long exposure for light trails, while the motion-freeze function combines long exposure with a rear-curtain flash sync to capture sharp subjects in motion.

The device is equipped with a dual-lens system, featuring a 103 mm standard lens and a 95 mm portrait lens. It operates with Polaroid i-Type and 600 film packs. The internal 750 mAh battery provides enough power to process up to 15 film packs, totaling 120 photos.

Polaroid Mod is currently available globally through the company's online store for $169.99. The camera is scheduled to arrive in retail locations across the United States on October 6.
