Pineapple Financial has moved over $1 billion in residential mortgage records onto the Injective blockchain to begin migrating its historical loan portfolio.

Pineapple Financial has already migrated 2,079 mortgage records, increasing from 1,259 at the start of the project in December 2025. The company intends to move more than 29,000 funded mortgages with a total value exceeding $10 billion onto the Injective network.
The onchain records contain over 500 data points for risk analysis and auditing. Additionally, Pineapple Financial maintains a $100 million digital asset treasury in Injective (INJ) tokens, which are staked via Kraken as a validator.
