Phantom, a wallet originally developed for the Solana network, has officially integrated support for BNB Chain as of October 1, 2026. This update allows users to manage balances, send and receive tokens, and perform trades directly within the application interface without needing separate EVM-compatible wallets.

The new functionality includes native token swaps and access to perpetual contracts through a partnership with Hyperliquid. To access these features, users are required to update their Phantom application to the latest version. The wallet maintains its non-custodial structure, ensuring users retain full control over their private keys.

Prior to this integration, BNB Chain assets were not supported by Phantom, often requiring users to utilize third-party tools like MetaMask. This expansion follows the addition of the Robinhood Chain in July 2026 and complements existing support for networks such as Solana, Ethereum, and Polygon.

The integration aims to simplify the user experience by bridging the gap between Solana-based tooling and EVM-compatible networks. By providing direct access to BSC applications, the update creates a new distribution channel for the BNB Chain ecosystem while offering users a unified interface for their multi-chain assets.
