IT integrator Pervy Bit has completed a project for Milorem-Service, a company specializing in locomotive repair. The project involved migrating the client from 1C:UPP to a unified system based on 1C:ZUP KORP and 1C:ERP. The work was carried out over 10 months, from April 2025 to January 2026.
The new architecture covers 15 geographically distributed units and 120 automated workstations. The integration resulted in a 10% reduction in operational and administrative expenses, a 20% decrease in labor costs, and a 25% faster generation of regulatory reports.
Previously, Milorem-Service attempted a migration with another contractor, which led to data discrepancies and errors between systems. Pervy Bit conducted an audit, restored data for 2024, and implemented a centralized treasury module in 1C:ERP to automate salary payments and bank interactions.
The system now handles personnel records, payroll, tax calculations, and electronic document exchange with the Social Fund. The companies plan to further develop the system by automating the loading of piece-rate work data from 1C:ERP into 1C:ZUP KORP.
