Decentralized derivatives exchange Paradex has integrated the Paradigm request-for-quote (RFQ) liquidity network. This update enables users to execute complex multi-leg options strategies and private block trades in a single atomic transaction, reducing execution risk and slippage.
Following the mid-September 2026 launch, the platform saw its options open interest grow 2.6 times, reaching $202 million. Daily notional trading volumes during the initial post-launch period fluctuated between $14.5 million and $17.6 million.
During the preceding closed beta phase, the RFQ system generated over $50 million in options notional volume within one month. Specifically, 46 options blocks accounted for $30 million in volume over a 30-day window.
Paradex maintains a zero-fee model for options, perpetuals, and spot trading for retail users. The platform features a unified margin system covering more than 90 markets and provides privacy tools that mask user positions and profit-and-loss data to prevent front-running.
