Palantir USG Inc. has been awarded a contract by the US Army to modernize its ammunition management infrastructure. The agreement, valued at $48 094 071, aims to replace nine legacy systems with a unified software platform. The selection process for this project was completed in six weeks.
The new platform will utilize low-code and no-code technology, allowing military personnel to adjust software configurations without custom coding. It is designed to manage the entire munitions lifecycle, covering procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal.
The contract includes a 12-month base period for the development and deployment of core functions. The Army holds an option to extend the agreement for up to five additional years to scale the system. This project follows a $10 billion enterprise agreement signed between Palantir and the Army in 2025.
