PagerDuty has launched Paige, an AI agent designed for site reliability engineering. The tool functions as a team member, handling incident triage and remediation based on permissions set by individual teams. It operates within the newly renamed PD Reliability Platform, formerly known as PagerDuty Operations Cloud.
The company also introduced PD Labs, a platform for testing early-stage features with design partners. Current experiments in preview include Topology for live service mapping, Deep Investigation for root-cause analysis, and SRE Workbench, a collaborative workspace for humans and AI agents.
The PD Reliability Platform is now generally available. Its pricing model is based on operational scale, including an initial allotment of events, automation actions, and user seats. Customers can purchase additional flexible credits to accommodate growth without needing to forecast usage.
Integration capabilities allow responders to manage incidents directly through Slack or Microsoft Teams. Features include automated channel creation, conference bridge setup, and the generation of post-incident reviews with assigned owners and deadlines.
