Vilnius-based web scraping and proxy provider Oxylabs has secured $130 million in funding from private equity firm Warburg Pincus. This investment, finalized in July 2026, brings the company's valuation to $3.6 billion, marking the end of a decade of self-funded operations.
As of July 2026, Oxylabs reported an annual recurring revenue of approximately $350 million. The company currently serves over 350,000 technical teams across 180 countries and employs more than 800 people. Its intellectual property portfolio includes between 160 and 180 patents.
Founded in 2015 within the Tesonet ecosystem, Oxylabs has expanded through the acquisitions of Webshare in 2022 and ScrapingBee in 2025. The company currently processes 1.5 million requests per second. Its leadership includes CEO Vytautas Savickas and Chairman Julius Černiauskas.
On October 13, 2026, Oxylabs joined four other firms to form the Source group, a new umbrella organization for data-focused businesses. The company is currently ranked as the second most valuable unicorn in Lithuania, following the marketplace Vinted.
