OranjeBTC has launched the Digital Yield ETF, trading under the ticker DIGY11, on Brazil’s B3 exchange. The fund generates income by investing in preferred shares of US companies that hold significant Bitcoin reserves, rather than holding the cryptocurrency directly.

The fund aims for an annual return between CDI + 3% and CDI + 5%. Given the current Brazilian CDI benchmark rate of 14.15%, this results in a gross yield of approximately 17% to 19%. Distributions are paid monthly in Brazilian reais.

Approximately 95% of the fund's initial holdings consist of preferred shares from a single company, Strategy (STRC). The portfolio also includes shares of Strive (SATA). The ETF was developed in partnership with MarketVector, 3R Investimentos, Banco Daycoval, and Itaú BBA.

OranjeBTC reported holding between 3,700 and 3,900 BTC in its own treasury as of mid-2026. The ETF was officially announced on August 12, 2026, and launched on September 15, 2026.
