According to industry leaks, a new foldable smartphone from OPPO is currently in development. The device is expected to feature a 2nm processor, marking a significant step in hardware integration for the company's upcoming flagship series.

The engineering prototype of the device utilizes a 7.6-inch display panel supplied by Samsung. The camera system includes a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 3MP multispectral sensor, all optimized with Hasselblad imaging technology.

Previous reports from June indicated that the company was testing the device with a 2nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen6 series chip. The prototype design features a 7.6-inch main screen and a 5.5-inch secondary screen, focusing on a thin, lightweight, and crease-free form factor.
