OpenAI introduced a suite of AI collaboration tools at the DevDay 2026 event held on September 30. The new features include a shared workspace for teams, dynamic pages, and a collaborative presentation editor. These tools allow users to integrate ChatGPT into team workflows, enabling collective access to project history, shared goals, and connected data sources.

The new page functionality allows users to generate project plans, reports, and visual concepts directly within ChatGPT. Users can convert conversations into pages or slides, edit content, and invite team members for real-time collaboration. These pages support interactive dashboards and charts that update automatically based on connected tools, such as task lists or data trackers.

The presentation editor enables teams to build professional slide decks with ChatGPT. It supports native editable charts, images, and shapes. Users can collaborate simultaneously, leave comments, and export final presentations to PowerPoint or Google Slides while maintaining formatting. This feature is available for Pro, Business, and Enterprise plan subscribers.

OpenAI also launched team task automation, allowing ChatGPT to execute actions based on connected tools like email or Slack. Teams can set recurring tasks, such as progress reports, which trigger automatically upon data changes. Additionally, a meeting plugin can record audio and save summaries directly into the workspace, highlighting key decisions and action items.

A new profile page feature allows users to share custom sites and plugins within their organization. This enables team members to discover and reuse shared skills and workflows. While some features are currently available for Pro and Business users, others are rolling out to Enterprise, Education, and Healthcare editions in the near future.
