Alexander Embiricos, product lead for the Dots project at OpenAI, is scheduled to speak at the TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 conference. The event will take place at Moscone West in San Francisco from October 13 to October 15.
Embiricos will participate in a session titled 'What Comes After the Chatbot?' on the AI Stage. The discussion will focus on the development of Dots, the future of personal AI agents, and the role of privacy and trust in their adoption.
Dots are defined as always-on personal AI agents that operate in the background. These systems utilize their own cloud computing resources and maintain the ability to connect with everyday applications to work toward specific user goals.
The conference will host over 10,000 attendees, including founders, investors, and operators. The program features more than 250 speakers participating in over 200 sessions across six industry stages, as well as various roundtables and breakout meetings.
