OneKey has revoked the reseller authorization of CryptoBilis following reports of stolen funds linked to Ledger devices sold by the distributor. Blockchain investigator Specter estimated the losses at over $86 million, though Ledger has not confirmed this figure. Ledger identified an unauthorized hardware implant in one of the affected devices.
CEO Yishi Wang stated that OneKey has received no reports of user fund losses. Despite this, the company suspended new reseller approvals and initiated a review of its existing dealer network. OneKey plans to revoke authorization for any reseller with unclear ownership or unverified operating entities, which is expected to significantly reduce the network size.
OneKey is offering free replacement devices to customers who purchased products from CryptoBilis between March 1 and October 12, 2026. Applications are open until December 31. The company will ship replacements directly from its official store, providing the same model or an upgrade if necessary, without requiring the return of the original device.
Customers must submit applications through OneKey Support with proof of purchase. Wang advised users to treat existing recovery phrases as compromised and to move assets to a new wallet rather than importing old phrases into replacement devices. OneKey will publish a list of authorized resellers once its internal review is complete.
