Omsk State University has updated its educational programs by integrating software from the Russian IT company Cyberprotect. The initiative aims to align academic curricula with the requirements of the digital economy and national import substitution strategies.

As part of the project, the university established a practical learning environment using the Cyber Backup system. Cyberprotect provided authorized training courses, laboratory materials, and conducted intensive training sessions for faculty members.

Teachers at the university's Faculty of Computer Technologies and Networks have earned certification in Cyber Backup administration. The university deployed specialized software stands that simulate the IT infrastructure of large enterprises.

To date, more than 40 students have completed the updated courses. The program allows students to gain hands-on experience in configuring and managing data backup and recovery systems, preparing them for professional certification.
