OKX has launched a public beta for onchain spot and perpetual trading via its ExchangeOS platform. The service, accessible through the OKX mobile app, allows users to trade tokenized stocks, indices, and commodities, such as gold and the SPY ETF, using simulated XP points instead of real capital.

The launch includes a competition that shares a total prize pool of USDT 250 000 with the Outcomes prediction market product. Participants are ranked based on their profit-and-loss performance. The top 5 000 traders in the onchain category will share a portion of the pool amounting to $60 000.

The beta period began on October 15, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude between November 14 and November 15, 2026. Following the end of the contest, the exchange intends to introduce trading with real funds. The platform supports 24/7 trading, unified accounts, and flexible leverage settings.

Participation in the beta is restricted for users located in the United States and the European Economic Area. The trading system supports various order types and allows for both single-directional and two-way positions on the same asset.
